Replacing the radio and speakers of a Suzuki SX4 on a small budget – how realistic is it? Is the Suzuki SX4 a car that does not deserve improvements? Replacing the standard radio and new speakers – is this already excessive for this car? Our opinion is that every car and every car owner deserves quality improvements in the car for a higher level of comfort, even if it is just a basic improvement, as in this Suzuki SX4.
The client’s request was simple – a new car radio with CarPlay and new speakers were needed so that the sound in the car would be more pleasing than the standard one.

As you can see, the factory car radio Suzuki SX4 does not have a display, which means there is no access to navigation directly from the radio. And in principle, such standard radios have little in terms of functionality. Yes, there are convenient control buttons, knobs and all that, but this is more decoration than functionality. As for the car audio for this car, the task was to improve the standard sound on a budget. We proposed to make basic radio preparation of the doors (front) – noise insulation in three layers with materials of Ukrainian production from the youngest Profy line.
Speakers recommended Morel from the Tempo Ultra series – we like them for their soft sound, but at the same time bright, dynamic, with bass and well-developed mid and high frequencies. Speakers were installed through plastic spacers under the speakers, the space between the speaker and the spacer was glued with anti-squeak to prevent unnecessary overtones (here we are talking about midbass).
